What You’ll Be Doing 
 

As our next Material Handler (3rd Shift), you will ensure injection molding machines are supplied with the raw materials needed to maintain a smooth production flow at work cells while transporting finished goods to the warehouse. 


  • Supply injection molding machines and work cells with plastic resins and packaging materials to support continuous production

  • Maintain barcode tracking labels on transport bins and move finished products to designated locations

  • Track and document component lot number changes to ensure accurate records and traceability

  • Perform cleaning and calibration of peripheral equipment and complete required documentation

  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, transport, and move materials and finished products safely

  • Provide backup support for Production Line Inspector (PLI) duties during employee break.

  • Assist in maintaining efficient workflow, safety, and quality standards within the production environment


 What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Three to six months of related manufacturing and/or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance procedures, and manuals
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, percentages, fractions, and decimals
  • Knowledge of inventory and manufacturing monitoring software preferred
  • Forklift license preferred


 Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday on 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM), with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
  • Training will take place on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) or 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) for approximately two weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift.
  • Ability to regularly walk and use hands for handling, feeling, and operating materials or equipment 
  • Ability to frequently communicate effectively by talking and hearing 
  • Ability to occasionally stand, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move materials weighing more than 100 pounds 
  • Ability to occasionally operate a motorized forklift 
  • Strong visual abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment 
  • Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts in a manufacturing environment 
  • Ability to work in a moderate to loud, climate-controlled production environment
