What You'll Be Doing
As a Supply Room Assistant- 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday - Friday), you will support daily operations by receiving, organizing, storing, and issuing materials, supplies, equipment, and tools while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized supply room.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Supply Room Assistant- 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday - Friday), you will support daily operations by receiving, organizing, storing, and issuing materials, supplies, equipment, and tools while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized supply room.
- Responsible for inspecting incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices.
- Distributes supplies and tools among production workers, keeping records of material issued.
- Moves or transports material or supplies to other departments.
- Maintains inventory for machine parts, print labels, and supplies.
- Assists with monthly and yearly inspections of all fire extinguishers.
- Responsible for ensuring that the supply room is clean and organized.
- Other duties may be assigned as apparent or required by management.
- High school diploma or GED, plus one to three months of related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to complete basic written correspondence and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, and ratios.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and AS/400.
- Ability to identify and resolve routine problems using established procedures.
- Must able to work 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday - Friday)
- Frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach, and handle materials.
- Occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel locally up to 25% of the time.
- Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, elevated areas, fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals. Moderate noise levels are typical of the work environment.
