Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale projects and oversee complete site development as we expand operations in Franklin, Louisiana. You will be responsible for managing the planning, development, and execution of large-scale projects at our Franklin site. You will oversee facilities management, permitting, and the full site development lifecycle, while navigating local, state, and federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of site development in Franklin, Louisiana, from initial planning through execution and closeout
• Own facilities management, including expansion, upgrades, and maintenance of existing infrastructure
• Oversee permitting processes, coordinating with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure compliance
• Manage large-scale construction, infrastructure, and operational readiness projects
• Define project scope, schedule, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Build and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies
• Develop and maintain risk management strategies to keep projects on track
• Provide clear reporting and communication to company leadership and stakeholders
• Drive operational readiness and ensure the Franklin site supports company growth and DoD program requirements
  
  

Qualifications

• 8 years of project management experience, with significant exposure to large-scale facilities or infrastructure projects
• Strong background in site development, facilities management, and permitting
• Experience working with government agencies and navigating regulatory environments
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects greater than $100 million
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or maritime industries preferred
