Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception through completion, engaging in all phases of design and delivery, producing deliverables to be reviewed by both the Expansion team, and the Design team as key stakeholders- ensuring alignment between corporate, brand, and interior design.
- Develop and own a global interior design system, including a living standards guide covering color, materials, furniture, signage, and lighting, that maintains brand cohesion while allowing regional personalization.
- Establish a visual-coding framework where design elements carry consistent functional meaning across every office.
- Create environments where aesthetics and utility reinforce each other.
- Balance aesthetic ambition with ergonomics, accessibility, sustainability, and code compliance.
- Produce end-to-end design projects from concept and mood boarding through procurement and installation, across Saronic's global offices, managing all project schedules, budgets, vendors, and work plans throughout.
- Audit existing offices regularly for condition and standards compliance.
- Maintain an approved vendor and materials library to streamline future projects.
- Collaborate with Facilities to ensure designs are operationally practical.
- 5 years of professional interior design experience, with a demonstrated portfolio of designing large scale commercial facilities.
- Experience designing or managing multi-site or global office environments.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and space-planning software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different time zones.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to translate design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards (ADA and international equivalents), and safety regulations relevant to workplace environments.

- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
- Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports
- Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies
- Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages)
