We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations within a vibrant food service environment. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise staff across various departments including kitchen, dining, and bar areas to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet established standards.
- Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health codes.
- Coordinate shift management, scheduling staff coverage to meet customer demand during peak hours.
- Monitor customer service quality and address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning to support business growth.
- Participate in hiring processes including interviewing candidates and selecting qualified personnel.
- Support special events such as banquets or catering services as needed.
Skills
- Extensive experience in food industry management, including casual dining, fine dining, or quick service restaurants.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise.
- Strong background in food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management.
