Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work Schedule: Employee will be required to work a minimum of forty (40) hours of per week or as many hours as it may take to perform above job duties. Schedule may vary based on business demands and will require a combination of office hours as well as work performed after hours and/or weekends at times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop staffing strategies and implement plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the Company for open positions
- Identify appropriate and effective external sources for candidates ensuring diverse candidate slates with an eye on building talent bench strength
- Recruit for hourly and salaried positions
- Draft position profiles in collaboration with the hiring manager
- Draft internal job postings and external employment advertisements
- Proactively source for candidates (active open positions and pipeline)
- Screen candidates and conduct first round phone interviews
- Present candidate slate to hiring manager on a timely basis
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Facilitate post-interview candidate debrief session with interview panel
- Determine appropriate compensation package in collaboration with hiring manager
- Draft and extend employment offer packages
- Develop and maintain candidate database with a focus on creating a candidate pipeline
- Additional job duties as assigned
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 1 years recruiting experience recruiting hourly and/or salaried candidates
- Agency recruiting experience highly desirable
- Experience recruiting for a wide variety of levels within an organization from front line associate to management level (hourly and salaried)
- Significant recruiting skills including strong sourcing experience focused on locating passive candidates
- Strong interviewing skills, ability to determine candidate “fit”, successfully working with hiring managers
- Solid interpersonal and communications skills; with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work with a sense of urgency
- Strong customer service and follow up skills
- Computer skills in all Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work independently and seek guidance as appropriate
- Ability to independently manage all aspects of the job role including required goals and business practices in a remote environment
