Client Refund Administrative Assistant
Sarnoff Property Tax, a boutique Chicago Loop property tax law firm, is seeking a detail oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Client Refund Administrator. This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate client billing, refund processing, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and issue client invoices
- Respond to and follow up on billing and refund-related questions
- Assist with tracking and collection of outstanding refunds
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database systems
