Client Refund Administrative Assistant

Sarnoff Property Tax, a boutique Chicago Loop property tax law firm, is seeking a detail oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Client Refund Administrator. This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate client billing, refund processing, and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and issue client invoices
  • Respond to and follow up on billing and refund-related questions
  • Assist with tracking and collection of outstanding refunds
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Billing: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Chicago, IL 60602: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chicago, IL 60602

Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
