As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and leading team members during shifts to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with scheduling, training, and coaching employees to help them succeed.
- Managing cash handling, deposits, and ensuring register accuracy.
- Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise to keep our store looking its best.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: At least 1 year of retail, convenience store, or customer service experience preferred. Supervisory or management experience is a plus!
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility: Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
