Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage CRM architecture and data structures
- Build and maintain pipeline visibility across all revenue stages
- Define and track key metrics including CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy
- Align growth, sales, and delivery teams through structured processes
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles
- Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Deep understanding of revenue funnels and pipeline management
- Analytical mindset with strong data handling capabilities
- Ability to design systems and processes that scale
