About Sarkinen Home Services
Sarkinen Home Services is a residential plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pipe lining, and boring company serving Southwest Washington and Oregon. Our Restoration division is growing, and we need a Restoration Sales & Project Manager who can sell the job and run it to completion.
The Role
You own restoration jobs end to end: you meet the homeowner, assess the loss, sell the mitigation and rebuild, and then manage the project through to a closed-out, paid file. You report to Casey Ammons, Restoration Manager.
What You'll Do
- Respond to restoration leads and assess water damage and related losses on site
- Build and present estimates; sell mitigation and rebuild work to homeowners
- Work directly with insurance adjusters and carriers to get scopes approved and claims paid
- Schedule and coordinate crews and subcontractors through mitigation and rebuild
- Document jobs thoroughly (photos, moisture readings, notes) from first visit to closeout
- Keep homeowners informed and the job on schedule and on budget
- Develop referral relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and property managers
What We're Looking For
- Restoration, insurance claims, or construction sales/project management experience
- Proven ability to close in the home and follow through on what you sell
- Organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple jobs at once
- Clear, professional communicator with homeowners, adjusters, and crews
- Valid driver's license
Strongly Preferred (Not Required)
- IICRC WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician)
- IICRC ASD (Applied Structural Drying)
- Xactimate estimating experience
- Experience with Encircle and/or ServiceTitan
Compensation & Benefits
- Straight 8% commission with a recoverable draw while you build your book
- Realistic earning potential: $60,000–$120,000 per year based on production
