💼 The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Family Court Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of South Carolina Family Court experience to join our in-office team. This is a hands-on litigation role with real courtroom responsibility from day one. High performers who demonstrate reliability and excellence over time can earn the opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule.
⚖️ What You’ll Do
• Manage your own caseload from intake to resolution
• Appear in Family Court for hearings and trials
• Draft motions, pleadings, orders, judgments, and client updates
• Conduct legal research and oversee discovery
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to drive cases forward
✅ What You Bring
• J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted and in good standing with the SC Bar
• 2 years of South Carolina Family Court experience
• Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent legal writing and analytical ability
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage a busy caseload
