Sr. Senior Application Analyst/SAP PP/DS

Role: Senior SAP PPDS

Location: Madison, WI Fulltime Position

Senior Application Analyst with expertise in SAP PP/DS supporting production planning, detailed scheduling, and supply chain optimization in SAP S/4HANA environments. Responsible for PPDS configuration, master data management, CIF integration, heuristics, alerts, and planning strategies. Performs impact analysis, system enhancements, testing, and production support, while partnering with manufacturing, planning, and business stakeholders. Supports continuous process improvement, system upgrades, and end to end integration with MM, APO/PPDS, S/4HANA PP, and IBP where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5 years of experience developing, configuring, or supporting technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
• Proven ability to understand and apply industry best practices.
• Strong computer proficiency, including internet navigation and email applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to successfully perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PPDS, including Digital Manufacturing and Quality Management design and configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP MM and PP configuration and integration.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts and coordinating work across a team.
• Solid understanding of integration points between SAP PPDS, Digital Manufacturing, and Quality modules.
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives and collaborating within cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
