Job Title: UV Printing Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable UV Printing Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining UV printers, preparing materials for printing, ensuring print quality, and supporting overall workflow in the workshop. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate UV printing machines to produce high-quality prints on various materials (glass, acrylic, metal, tile, etc.).
- Prepare artwork files and ensure correct print settings before production.
- Inspect printed products for color accuracy, alignment, and overall quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of UV printers.
- Organize and manage daily production tasks to meet deadlines.
- Safely handle materials and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with UV printers or other digital printing equipment is a plus (training available).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with design files (PDF, AI, PNG).
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift materials and work on your feet as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Work Environment:
UV printing workshop / light manufacturing setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
