If you have previous experience operating an excavator in mass excavation, digging for pipe, installing structures or earth moving and grading, we want to hear from you!

Today, with a team of over 600 employees working in seven states, specializing in commercial, industrial and institutional site preparation, landfill construction, utility projects and airports.
As a Member Of The Team, You Can Expect
Although these positions may require travel, Sargent pays for travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals – plus you will be home every weekend!
