- Those that have been graduated from high school at least 1 year, are new to construction, and are looking to learn the trade and start a career with Sargent as a laborer (March/April 2027 start)
- June 2027 high school graduates looking to enter the workforce after graduation and are looking to learn the trade and start a career with Sargent as a laborer (June 2027 start)

SCA Location:
Sargent’s Training Facility in Orono, ME & jobsites across Maine & New Hampshire
Classes Begin:
March/April or June 2027
Duties:
- Demolition and/or cleanup
- General construction labor
- Excavation
- Erosion control install and maintenance
This Job Is:
- A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited/no construction experience and education
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $20.25 per hour time-and-a-half overtime after 40 hours per pay period

Schedule:
