On the Job
· Ability to read estimates and effectively devise a repair plan.
· Identify additional damage/parts needed to complete repairs and communicate that to the estimator.
· Perform repairs from light duty dents and scratches to heavy complex repairs.
· Frame straightening/unibody alignment.
· Maintain a neat and organized work area.
Our Ideal Candidate
· 5 years experience performing body work.
· I-CAR training is a plus, but not required.
· Reliable transportation
