What You Will Do

Engage and Lead: Initiate projects, drive success, and lead conversations that build strong relationships and inspire others.

Outcome-Driven Approach: Work in a fast-paced environment focused on achieving leasing goals and results with a compensation structure that rewards performance.

Motivate and Influence: Collaborate, communicate, and engage with residents and team members to create impactful connections.

Execute Leasing Goals: Market and lease available apartments to maximize occupancy while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide Exceptional Service: Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service and retention strategies.

Support Marketing Initiatives: Participate in advertising and community outreach to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Ensure Safety: Proactively identify and address potential risks to maintain a safe environment for employees and residents.

What You’ll Bring

• A results-driven mindset with personal drive and a passion for making a positive impact.
• Ability to independently execute tasks while motivating and empowering others.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Leasing or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Availability to work weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.â¯
• A valid driver’s license is required as driving is an essential job function, and no comparable alternative transportation options (e.g., ride-hailing, carpooling, bicycling, walking) can reasonably fulfill the role within equivalent travel time or cost.
  
  

Our Compensation Philosophyâ¯

The compensation range for this position is $23 - $28/hr, including leasing commissions that are currently on a 3-tier structure, ranging from $100 - $295 per lease! The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Fenton’s goal is to ensure performance-based compensation that is motivating and competitive – and we adopt a pay-for-performance approach. â¯â¯
