Sares Regis Group of Newport Beach, California, is a privately held real estate development, investment and management firm that focuses on commercial properties and multifamily communities in the western U.S. Since its founding in 1993, SRG has developed and acquired more than $7 billion in commercial and residential assets. The company manages a combined portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space and 42,000 apartment units. REGIONAL MANAGER - Seattle, Greater Washington including Eastside and Western Lowlands. SRG is seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee a portfolio of properties in Washington with some overlap into Portland. This individual will be responsible for the overall management, administration, operations, and financial performance of an assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also serve as the company representative in all matters related to investor and owner reporting, meetings, and relationship management. Must have the following qualifications in order to be considered:- Must have experience in multi-family property management
- 7-10 years managerial experience
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience managing 3rd party client relationships
- Strong financial background
- Must be able to travel as needed
- Lease-up experience preferred but not required
- Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.)
Salary range is $130K-$150K/year. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
