REGIONAL MANAGER - San Diego (with possible overlap in the Inland Empire) SRG is seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee properties in San Diego and possibly some in the Inland Empire. This person will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations. Must have the following qualifications in order to be considered:Must obtain real estate license within 6 months of assuming the roleMust have experience in multi-family property management7-10 years managerial experienceProven leadership skillsExperience managing 3rd party client relationshipsStrong financial backgroundMust be able to travel as neededLease-up experience preferred but not requiredCertification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.)Salary range is $122K-$152K/year.
