Sareh Nouri is seeking a full-time Quality Control Associate to join our growing team in Rutherford, New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented and passionate about luxury fashion, with a strong understanding of garment construction and fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect bridal and evening gowns to make sure the highest quality standards- Review measurements, fit, and overall construction accuracy
- Work closely with production and design teams to maintain consistency
- Assist with steaming, handling, and preparing gowns to ship
- Support quality control processes across all stages of production
Qualifications:
Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality- Strong knowledge of garment construction and measurements
- Experience in luxury bridal or eveningwear is a plus
- Comfortable lifting and handling wedding gowns and inspecting on mannequins
- Must work well in a team setting, and being comfortable providing feedback to dressmakers
