About Us:
Sardine, a busy lakeside bistro overlooking Lake Monona in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking dedicated Server Assistants and Hosts to become integral members of our team. Under the direction of owners/chefs John Gadau and Phillip Hurley - co-founders of Sardine, Gates & Brovi, and Marigold Kitchen - we invite you to be a part of our service team.
Positions: Server Assistants and Hosts
What You'll Do:
Server Assistants: Support our professional servers and learn the ropes of fine dining service while ensuring seamless operations.
Hosts: Greet guests with warmth, manage reservations, and set the tone for their dining experience.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
