Sarcastic Swine BBQ is the largest provider of credit card processing services to over 500,000 merchants in the Middleboro, MA.
Job Description:
The Counter Party Scheduler will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accuracy in the processing of all transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and be able to work well with others.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone and email
- Process transactions via credit cards, check, and cash
- Maintain an accurate system of account numbers and deposits for each customer
- Maintain an accurate system of transaction information for each customer through multiple systems of data entry and faxing
- Work with other departments to ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
- Work with customers to resolve any issues or complaints that may arise from the transactions
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
