Sarawood Assisted Living is a small, boutique-style senior living community in Holyoke. We are seeking a dependable Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home for our residents.
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Daytime school-hour schedule
No evenings or weekends
Responsibilities
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, dining areas, and common spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash
- Complete resident and facility laundry
- Change bed linens and follow assigned cleaning schedules
- Report maintenance concerns and supply needs
- Follow infection-control and safety procedures
- Treat residents with patience, dignity, and respect
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working around older adults
- Able to stand, bend, reach, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Must be at least 18 years old
- CORI background check required
