Program Manager

Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio. This is a great full-time opportunity, 36 - 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Performance Work Statement (PWS) Tasks:

• Manage course enrollment and scheduling in USAFSAM systems
• Coordinate logistical support including travel, lodging, shuttle services, and classroom readiness
• Conduct program evaluations, course reviews, and data audits to ensure educational quality and compliance
• Liaise with key stakeholders; support onboarding processes for staff and students
• Provide regular updates in FESO meetings and assist course directors with administrative and operational tasks
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in health sciences or a related field
• Teaching or instructor experience, ideally in a formal or military setting
• Experience in operational embedment or embedded support roles
• Familiarity with military culture, health science methodologies, and project planning
• Ability to handle sensitive information under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  
  

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in military human performance programs
• Completion of USAFSAM Instructor, Internship, or Director-level courses
