Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies, including campus recruitment efforts.
- Manage the onboarding process for new volunteers, providing training and development opportunities.
- Supervise and support volunteers throughout their engagement with the organization.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance volunteer skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments to ensure effective program delivery.
- Engage in public speaking opportunities to promote the organization’s mission and recruit new volunteers.
- Collaborate with team members to assess program needs and improve volunteer experiences.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages leadership among volunteers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in volunteer management or related fields.
- Excellent public speaking skills with experience presenting to groups.
