Job Description
Saratoga Roofing Contractors is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our exterior repair crew.
We specialize in residential roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and exterior home repairs. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is willing to learn and grow with our team.
This position is ideal for someone with general construction experience who wants to develop additional skills in exterior home repairs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with roofing repairs and shingle replacement
- Perform siding, fascia, and soffit repairs
- Assist with window installation and repairs
- Install and repair gutters and downspouts
- Assist with flashing, leak repairs, and general exterior maintenance
- Prepare job sites, handle materials, and maintain clean work areas
- Work alongside experienced repair technicians
Qualifications:
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain quality workmanship
- Previous construction, roofing, or exterior remodeling experience preferred
- Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and at heights
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay of $25 per hour, with higher compensation available based on experience
- Seasonal position with potential for permanent, year-round employment
