Restaurant Manager

Saratoga Hot Springs Resort in Saratoga, WY is looking for one restaurant manager to join our 74 person strong team. We are located on 601 East Pic Pike Rd Po Box 869. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
• Organizing schedules
• Keeping track of employees hours
• Recording payroll data
• Ordering food, linens, alcohol and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
• Reporting monthly liquor inventory
• Supervising daily shift operations
• Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
• Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
• Appraising staff performance
• Interviewing/recruiting new employees
• Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels

Qualifications

• 2 Years of experience in restaurant management or a degree in hospitality
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
• Available nights, weekends and holidays

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $24.00/hour.
