Saratoga Hospital Primary Care – Galway seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for an exciting new rural medicine opportunity. Join two Nurse Practitioners in this vibrant practice, less than 20 miles to Saratoga Springs and just 11 miles to the eclectic village of Ballston Spa.Our practice has a part-time physician covering, as we recruit for a full time physician. Galway is a rural, close-knit community. Patients come from a wide surrounding area to seek health care within the Saratoga Hospital system and this practice. Providers who enjoy a good mix of adult medicine and pediatrics will love this intergenerational practice located in a bucolic setting. The practice is nicely-situated across from the Galway Central School System. The practice is a contracted provider for school-based health. The practice is well-managed, with a Practice Manager, a Clinical Coordinator (additional RN) and an extra layer of support with a Medical Director of Primary Care. A Medical Director provides oversite and assistance for this practice and two others. Our staff is professional, warm and friendly. Support staff includes LPNs, and an RN to support providers and patients in this practice, in addition to our front office associates.
