Located on the Mississippi River, on the site of the former Learned’s Mill that operated from 1828 until 1962, Magnolia Bluffs Casino now calls this historic land home. The casino originally opened in 2012 and is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC.
With numerous slot machines and ample table games such as poker, blackjack, roulette and craps as well as delicious dining options, we offer a guest experience unparalleled to others. In addition to our boasting casino, we operate a beautiful hotel with the areas only saltwater pool!
We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Natchez with the best customer services and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for a Food & Beverage Supervisor. This position will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, and will be responsible for:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in open and closing responsibilities of work area.
- Ensure accurate record keeping including balancing cashiering stations at the beginning or end of the shift.
- Responsible to assist in the training of staff.
- Sets floor plans for the day.
- Ensures the highest level of customer service according to ensuring standards of quality.
- Adheres to established Food & Beverage policies and procedures.
- Responds and rectifies guest complaints
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of all front-end of house as a whole.
- Responsible for direct supervision of team members during shifts.
- Able to fill in and perform other staff’s positions if need be.
- Promotes outstanding customer service.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Other:
- Able to lift up to 30-50 lbs. occasionally
- Able to stand and walk for up to 6-8 hours

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- TIPS Certifications preferred.
- One to two (1-2) years of kitchen management experience.
- Experience with inventory management required.
- Must have excellent verbal and communications skills.
- Previous experience and working knowledge using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to provide positive leadership and foster growth with kitchen employees.
- Ability to work a flexible shift including nights, weekend and holidays. Reliability is essential to this role.
- Able to lift 50lbs frequently.
- Able to stand and walk for 8 – 10 hours.

Casino employees may be required to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License. Cost of license is covered by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. Travel to Jackson, MS will be mandatory for this licensing process.
