What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sawmill Production Worker, you may be assigned to a variety of production tasks, including:

• Stacking and sorting lumber
• Wrapping and preparing lumber bundles for shipment
• Monitoring product quality
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Assisting with production line operations
• Following safety procedures and company policies
• Supporting team members to maintain efficient production

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent bending, lifting, and physical activity
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures
• Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Experience

No prior sawmill experience is required.

We provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and build a career in manufacturing.

Schedule

Current Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday
• Overtime opportunities available

Compensation

• Starting pay: $14.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Overtime pay available
• Production bonus opportunities
