• *Position Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Aesthetician to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role requires a strong clinical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate patients while confidently recommending appropriate treatments and skincare.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, medically driven environment, values continued education, and takes pride in delivering elevated patient care.

Opportunity for growth into a full-time role is available for the right candidate as the practice continues to expand.

• Perform professional treatments including:

• Customized facials

• Dermaplaning

• HydraFacial®

• DiamondGlow®

• Glacē Facial by Candela

• Medical-grade chemical peels

• Laser hair removal (experience preferred; training available for the right candidate)

• Educate patients on skin health, treatment plans, and post-care protocols

• Provide thoughtful, integrity-driven recommendations for treatments and skincare products

• Assist providers with advanced procedures:

• Patient preparation and topical numbing

• Supporting RF microneedling, fractional resurfacing, and other energy-based treatments as indicated per patient treatment plan

• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in Medent EMR

• Support daily clinical operations:

• Room turnover in accordance with medical-grade sanitation standards

• Equipment care and maintenance

• Inventory organization and product management

• *What You Must Bring to the Role

• Active and in good standing NYS Aesthetician License (required)

• A history of success in a prior aesthetics role

• Experience with medical-grade skincare lines such as:

• SkinCeuticals

• SkinMedica

• SkinBetter Science

• Eminence Organics (preferred, not required)

• Experience with HydraFacial, DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, and chemical peels strongly preferred

• Familiarity with Candela and/or Cynosure devices strongly preferred

• Laser hair removal experience is a plus; willingness to train is essential

• Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and treatment planning

• Knowledge of proper sanitation, sterilization, and infection control protocols

• Strong time management with the ability to maintain schedule flow in a busy clinic

• Excellent patient-facing communication skills with a professional, warm demeanor

• Comfortable and confident on the phone, guiding patients through scheduling and treatment planning

• Ability to think critically and adapt in a fast-paced clinical setting

• Detail-oriented with a high standard for cleanliness, organization, and execution

• Genuine interest in the science, education, and clinical outcomes behind treatments
