SGA Lists and SGA H Care Staffing are seeking recruiters to join our teams. This is an On-Site Monday through Friday primarily position supporting a fast paced results driven team.

Requirements
- 2 years of Human Resources/Recruiting experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Collaborative drive for success
- Self-motivated
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Human Resources, etc) preferred
- Previous hospitality recruiting experience preferred
- Identify and source hourly and salary candidates for a variety of clients across the United States
- Search for candidates through referrals, and online tools
- Cold calling,
- Travel up to 25% ( may require visiting local venues and client sites)
- Develop relationships with candidates as well as 3rd part recruiting sources, colleges, etc.
- Coordinate background checks evaluate references
- Maintain candidate database and other related files
- Full-cycle recruiting including Job Offer
- Use the current applicant management system to ensure candidates are tracked through the screening process to the assessment stage, and that all candidates receive timely feedback.
- Complete all assigned reports and keep all records and files accurate and up-to-date.
- Participate in any auditing or additional administrative duties as needed.
