Your Role:
Our successful Morton’s Host promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- At least 18 years of age
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Seat guests by escorting them to a table in appropriate sequence.
- Check coats, hats, packages in secured area.
- Check and maintain washrooms, lobby and lounge for cleanliness.
- Manage a waiting list and seating chart when necessary.
- Takes accurate reservations and phone messages.
- Seeks management approval on reservations.
- Delivers food to hotel rooms as needed by management.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.
- Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly.
- Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
- Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
