What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (with one year of experience supporting the ID/DD population) or...
- 4 years of experience supporting people with ID/DD
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role (IRA experience preferred)
- Familiarity with OPWDD regulations
- Valid NYS driver's license
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
What to Expect
- Full-time, primarily Monday-Friday days
- Participation in on-call rotation
- Occasional evenings, overnights and weekends as needed
