What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residence Manager II (Must have ID/DD/OPW exper.) position at Saratoga Bridges?
In this residential home with OPWDD supports, you will be supporting an active group of individuals, looking to get out into the community and build their independence. In this home, there is a strong need for a manager with great leadership and behavioral support skills with de-escalation and redirection skills. The hours for this role are from 10am-6:30pm and the house is located in the Middle Grove area of Saratoga County.
We are looking for someone with a working knowledge of OPWDD regulations. Having a calm presence and organized leadership who are interested in strengthening employee skills is important.

To be eligible for this position you must have
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology or related Human Services field with one year of experience working with people who have a developmental disability OR
- A high school diploma with four years of experience working with people who have a developmental disability.
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Valid Driver's License
