Residential Management ID/DD experience required

Are you a Direct Support Professional who is looking to grow in their career? Do you have 1 year of experience working with people who have an intellectual or developmental disability? Saratoga Bridges Residential Team is looking for people who are ready to gain supervisory experience and make a difference in the lives of the people we support.

How can you support our team? Welcoming and training new employees. Making sure the supports and goals are provided in the best way possible. Making sure staff take credit for their work by documenting goals. Helping find coverage for open shifts. Planning time where each person in the home, goes to places they want to go to. Help them see the people they want to see and a very common theme, help people get to Dunkin' for their favorite coffee.

Our base pay range is $24.00 to $26.00 an hour depending on the work location. We have shift differentials for weekends and overnights as well as great benefits including, health, vision and dental insurance, life insurance, vacation time, sick time and holiday time.
