Saratoga Bridges is looking for an Evening Supervisor to assist our homes. The Evening Supervisor will also cover supervisory positions, conduct on-the-job training with new employees and serve as someone that staff can depend on for guidance and mentorship. We're looking for someone who's energetic, has good leadership skills and wants to work to help DSPs become successful. In turn, they'll be helping teams focus on quality services too. This person also supports the residential team by serving in the on-call rotation. If you have 3 or more years working with people who have a developmental disability and a year of supervisory experience in OPW supports and services, this may be the role for you.

- High school diploma, bachelor's preferred
- 3 years of experience working in the ID/DD field
- 1 year of supervisory experience in the ID/DD/OPW services field
- Valid Driver's License
