Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
- Provide nail care services as needed, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Apply color theory knowledge to provide color services when requested.
- Utilize salon software for appointment management and client records.
- Mentor junior barbers or apprentices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage retail products effectively, utilizing retail math for inventory control.
Skills
