The Saratoga Arms Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel that gives guests a quiet, relaxing and restorative vacation experience. PAY/SCHEDULE STRUCTURE
o $20/hour - $25/hour
o 4-5 shifts/week - 6:00am - 2:00pm

OVERVIEW
As a breakfast/prep chef for the Saratoga Arms Hotel, you’ll create a memorable vacation experience for guests visiting Saratoga Springs. Your goal will be to execute both breakfast service and production for our guest pantry. Your success will help the Saratoga Arms Hotel position itself as the premiere luxury hotel in Saratoga Springs.
REQUIREMENTS
Please keep the following in mind as you submit your application:
o Experience: looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude that stays calm under pressure. Prior experience working in a high-end kitchen is preferred.
o Education: a culinary education is preferred, but certainly not required.
o Skills: food preparation, line experience.
o Characteristics: must be self-sufficient and self-motivated without direct supervision.
RESPONSIBILITES
As a breakfast/prep chef, you’ll support the executive chef during breakfast service. In addition to executing service, you’ll be responsible for restocking your station, maintaining a clean work environment, following all food safety standards and working closely with our front of the house staff.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
