BDC /CASHIER SERVICE Representative

Job Summary
The BDC Service Representative will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, booking appointments for the Service, Outbound calls for Service and incoming calls for service appointments. Checking customers out as needed, collecting checks and cash. Reconciling cash, checks and card payments. Checking Rental units in and out as needed.
Responsibilities:

Promote and seek out opportunities for Service Department through call lists to build customer base and retention.

Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for Service.

Work closely with the Manager and Service Advisors

Complete outbound phone calls as assigned by the Service Manager.

Act as a member of the Service team answering service phone calls and checking out service customers
-
Stay informed about new products, features, and what Services customers vehicles are due for.

Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

Organizational and time management skills.

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
