The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Marketing Coordinator who loves soccer (or is ready to fall in love with it) and wants to own big pieces of our fan-growth engine in year one of professional play.
Day-to-Day You Will
- Lead our street team & grassroots activation crew – getting out in Sarasota, Manatee, Bradenton, Venice, Siesta Key, Lido, Anna Maria, and beyond to spread the Paradise vibe
- Create or coordinate graphics and short-form video content (depending on your strengths – Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Recruit, train, and manage our marketing interns and game-day promotional staff
- Build, schedule, and optimize email & SMS campaigns in ActiveCampaign (or quickly learn it if you know another CRM well)
- Execute campaigns across digital, social, partnerships, and community events
- Track results obsessively and suggest tests to beat last month’s numbers
- Jump on whatever else makes sense based on your background (photography, influencer outreach, TikTok/Reels strategy, etc.)
- 1–4 years of marketing experience (sports, entertainment, agency, or startup background is a huge plus)
- Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign (or another major CRM – Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp Enterprise, etc.)
- Proficiency in Canva at minimum; bonus points for Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
- Proven success running email marketing or automation sequences
- Comfort managing people (interns, part-timers, street team)
- A “get stuff done” mentality – we move fast and measure everything
- Passion for (or curiosity about) soccer and building fandom from the ground up
