Job Summary
This leader has operational accountability and oversight and manages the daily activities of systemwide Clinical Programs. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Require a Master's Degree in nursing, or Certified Nurse Specialist or Nurse Practitioner.
- Require a minimum of five (5) years clinical experience with a minimum of three (3) years in a clinical leadership/managerial role.
- Require prior experience in an advanced practice role and Program leadership experience at a system level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer certification in specialty.
- Prefer demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
- Prefer demonstrated interpersonal relationship skills.
- Prefer demonstrated leadership skills.
