What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and genuine hospitality.
- Guide guests through the menu with thoughtful recommendations based on their preferences.
- Develop strong knowledge of our ingredients, preparation techniques, flavor profiles, allergens, and beverages.
- Present dishes confidently and share the details that make our food special.
- Anticipate guest needs and maintain tables throughout the entire dining experience.
- Provide attentive beverage service, including specialty coffees, smoothies, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Follow established service standards, seat positions, and food-running procedures.
- Communicate allergies and dietary needs accurately with our culinary team.
- Recognize returning guests, celebrations, preferences, and opportunities to personalize the experience.
- Build genuine relationships with our guests and help create memorable visits.
- Work closely with the culinary, management, and front-of-house teams to provide seamless service.
- Respond to guest concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented dining room.
- Support the entire team and dining room throughout service.
