Job Description
- Lead and manage project lifecycles for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Technology Relations objectives (30%)
- Identify and implement new tactics to support overarching Technology Relations goals across multiple functions, leveraging cross-functional collaboration (20%)
- Develop and deploy strategic key messages for Global Technology, ensuring clarity and consistency across communications (20%)
- Own the creation and maintenance of functional calendars and knowledge repositories to enhance team coordination and information sharing (15%)
- Develop, uplift, and maintain playbooks documenting key areas of expertise for internal training and external knowledge sharing (15%)
- Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through closure, applying best practices in scope, schedule, and resource management
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders effectively
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and resolving issues to keep projects on track
- Prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and problem-solving skills
- Prepare project documentation, including charters, plans, status reports, and post-project reviews to support continuous improvement
- Engage with senior leadership and C-Suite stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering accurate, timely updates and deliverables
