Job Description
Take ownership of the system/product from an issue resolution perspective
Understand user actions and requirements to effectively triage and troubleshot issue
Triage, troubleshoot, identify root cause, and resolve issues.
Plan and organize multiple issues with competing priorities.
Communicate to stakeholders through the chain to keep everyone updated of progress and resolution.
Strive to identify process and system improvements to reduce and eliminate system issues.
Bring innovation and automation opportunities not limited to using AI/GenAI/AgenticAI based approaches to day to day work.
Additional Details
Should have min 6 years of prior WMS experience
Should have prior production support experience on incident/problem management, service request handling, working in SLA driven environment,
Should have min 1 year of MAWM experience
Should be hands-on in resolving day to day issues
Should have prior experience in working in onsite offshore model
In a client facing role, should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead any issue triage, discussion independently , coordinating with other teams
In a production support role, should be flexible to stretch as needed till issue is resolved
