- Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions including Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc).
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to optimize the integration of Copilot, ensuring compatibility and maximizing feature utilization.
- Design and implement role-based access control strategies to manage permissions across Microsoft 365 services, ensuring security and compliance.
- Customize Copilot features to align with specific organizational workflows and processes, enhancing user experience and functionality.
- Configure and manage Azure Active Directory, security settings, compliance features, and other M365 services.
- Develop AI-driven automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and other tools to enhance business operations.
- Plan and execute migrations from on-premises systems or other cloud platforms to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
- Customize SharePoint sites and develop solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Power Apps.
- Implement security measures and compliance protocols, including data loss prevention (DLP), information protection, and threat management.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Power Automate workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide tier 3 support for Microsoft 365-related issues, diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
- Conduct training sessions for IT staff and end-users, and develop comprehensive documentation and user guides.
- Use tools like Microsoft 365 Admin Center to monitor service health and performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Endpoint Manager, is a plus.
