- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Manufacturing / Pharma / Life Sciences domain
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- UAT, Testing, Go-Live, Hypercare Support
- SOPs, Work Instructions, User Training
- Incident Management and Production Support
- Change Management and Governance
- L2/L3 Support Coordination
- Werum PAS-X

- Coordinate MES implementation and support activities.
- Gather business requirements and process gaps.
- Work with Operations, Quality, Validation, Infrastructure, ERP, and Global MES teams.
- Support UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and steady-state operations.
- Manage incidents, escalations, and change requests.
- Coordinate training, documentation, and user adoption.
- Ensure site readiness, including devices, printers, scanners, user access, and connectivity.
- Support compliance and CSV-related activities.
