🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in COBOL
In-depth knowledge of z/OS
Expertise in IMS/DB and IMS/DC concepts
Hands-on experience with CICS transaction processing and programming interfaces
Ability to write and manage JCL for batch processing
Basic understanding of mainframe system administration (dataset management, security, etc.)
