Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AWS Full Stack Senior Developer with strong expertise in Production Support and hands-on skills in React.js, Spring Boot, and AWS Cloud.

The ideal candidate will play a dual role — contributing to both application development and production support activities, ensuring system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Roles And Responsibilities

Experience with Dynatrace or other monitoring tools is essential.

• Provide L2/L3 production support, proactively monitor system performance, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Use Dynatrace (or similar APM tools) for root cause analysis and performance optimization.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Spring Boot, and AWS.
• Perform incident management, problem resolution, and work on permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability and performance.
• Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automate operational tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure SLAs are met for all critical applications.
• Contribute to documentation, monitoring dashboards, and operational runbooks.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Proficiency in React.js (front-end) and Spring Boot / Java (back-end) development
• Proven experience in Production Support and application troubleshooting
• Expertise in Dynatrace for performance monitoring and issue analysis
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
