SARAH Tuxis Residential Services is seeking a full-time Group Home Assistant Manager. SARAH Tuxis supports adults with developmental disabilities along the CT shoreline. The position will support the Manager with both administrative as well as direct care for the three individuals living in this group home. Ideal candidates will possess 1-3 years of experience serving in an Assistant Manager (or similar) position in this field. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assistant Manager to lead and support our group home operations dedicated to providing exceptional care for residents with diverse needs. In this vital role, you will oversee daily activities, ensure compliance with care standards, and foster a positive environment that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being. Your leadership will empower staff, coordinate services, and uphold the highest quality of life for our residents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring specialized care, including those with developmental disabilities, dementia, or recovering from illness. Physical demands: must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods of time, twist/turn, reach and grab. Candiate must also possess a CT driver's license, insurance and registration.

Tues/Thur - 3p-11p

Wed/Fri - 2p-8p

Sat - 8a-8p
